I wish I could give this place Zero stars. I'm an event promoter & we recently through an event Blue Midtown on Saturday, September 16th. 2023. In our agreement, we were supposed to guarantee $5,000 in liquor sales for the night in question. If we go below that amount, we have to pay the difference, if we go above that amount, we get a commission.
