Great Food and Fantastic staff!
We have returned from you now and we want to say that it was a horrible experience.
We received no service and the waiters ignored us. It was extremely expensive and not worth the unpleasant experience.
We definitely won’t come back!!! Our evening was ruined.
Highly unrecommended!
Was raining... but still enjoyed some rooftop views in the end! Food was great! Love the ice cream.

Castell Terrace is a rooftop lounge in Times Square with a beautiful, elegant atmosphere and spectacular views. The terrace is enclosed with glass and heated when it gets cold, making it very comfortable. The space is spacious, with a great vibe, a beautiful fire place, and a classy, welcoming environment perfect for families. The cocktails are excellent, and the service is fast, friendly, and accommodating. The chicken wings paired with a glass of Chardonnay really hit the spot, and the tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwich was absolutely delicious. Food and drinks are rapid quick, and nothing is a problem for the staff. The rooms are a bit dark, but this is just the general setting. It is consistently good and always delivers, making it a great place to relax and enjoy the view.
