stumbled into Bode's Tailor Shop bc i noticed there is a small coffee/tea counter located inside the tailor shop. there is a small charming counter bar to sit at. the interior is very nice and the tailor/seamstress i right there in the back of the space. there is a small menu of eats and drinks + a menu of tailoring prices. can't speak to the tailoring but i assume it is top-notch as it gives off those professional vibes. came here on a humid weekend day. most of the menu was sold out except for the iced tea, bagged chips, and samosas. ordered an iced tea which had a lot of ice in it but was fairly weak--very instant. it seems like that batch the iced tea and iced coffee before they open and serve it til they sell out. it was pretty weird that we're out of mostly everything by early afternoon but whatever. the quality of iced tea was kinda disappointing. the price for the iced tea seemed to be either $4 or $5 according to the menu--i was charged $5 for fairly "meh" tea that i could have made home. oh well, live and learn. staff is nice enough. don't think the food business is very important to Bode's imo. drops mic cuz looks can be deceiving i out zzz

Brought in a few pairs of trousers to get the waists taken in; they were ready within a week for pickup. Not inexpensive (I paid $40/pair + tax) but you pay for impeccable tailoring that lives up to Bode's reputation. They feel like brand new pants. :-)
