I was at my mother’s house and was looking for a bar to grab a quick drink before heading home to the Bronx and came across this gem on Broadway!!! I love it and ended up meeting Katie!!!! She’s a sweetheart and made my visit nice and comfortable!!! I felt like I already knew her!!! She’s a hospitality guru and I appreciate her customer service; I love her soul!!!! 3/5/2025 update: Walked in from the pouring rain to get a growler fill. The bartender didn't even look up from his phone. After trying to verbally getting his attention for a draft list I found one for myself but ny mood had soured and nothing piqued my interest so I left.

From the moment I walked into this place it seemed special, and I quickly realized why. I fell into conversation with the bartender and I realized that this was the perfect bar. Great lager. Awesome vibe. Fair prices and a really cool bartender. I think her name was Erin(?).
