Possibly the best pho I’ve ever had. On my first visit, I ordered the chicken pho, and came back a second time for the vegetable pho. I thought it couldn’t get any better than the chicken broth, but the vegetable broth was equally fantastic. Will be back for more!
This place is BOMBALICIOUS! Hands down the best pho beef broth I have had in years. They were quick to accommodate my request to have the beef broth with chicken meat. The owner and staff are super friendly. The spot is decorated in a simple but whimsical way that just evokes fun. I recommend Just Pho You on the Upper West Side in 101st Street and Broadway. My fiancée and I had the lemon grass wings and the vegetarian spring rolls as an appetizer. For the entree we had beef short rib pho. The food is AMAZING. You will not be disappointed. Also the owner her name is Wan she was very welcoming and hospitable. The experience was awesome. I will definitely come again.
