The Butcher and Banker Steakhouse is a beautiful spot, but the experience was deeply flawed by poor service and maintenance. Our server was noticeably inattentive, visiting nearby tables far more frequently than ours. We had to flag him down multiple times, and he completely forgot to bring out my order of mushrooms and a drink, requiring us to remind him. To make matters worse, the bathrooms were dirty. While the atmosphere is great, the combination of slow, forgetful service...

Came here for a birthday dinner with friends and we were blown away! Everyone LOVED their meal, the lamb chops, steaks were flavorful and rich. Also must try those mini tacos, they pack a punch in a beautiful way! Ambiance is great, staff are top notch. We shall be back!

It was our first time at Butcher and Banker NYC and it won't be our last. The service was impeccable and the food was excellent. The lighting was a bit dark for me but it did not deter me from ordering. My daughter had the lamb and I had the fillet. Both were delicious! We ordered the apple tart for dessert and it was amazing. We will definitely go back the next time we visit NYC.
