Cafe Ginori at Bergdorf Goodman

Had a wonderful experience. Everything about Cafe Ginori was amazing. Our server, Jillian, was outstanding and very sweet. Can't wait for afternoon tea service. It's a beautiful spot to dine and enjoy your surroundings.

Charming hideaway tucked away, a bit noisy as it was full, food was delicious and waiter was just right!

My daughter and I had a very lovely lunch today. The decor, and table settings are magnificent! The waitress accommodated our special requests, and the meal was really very delicious! What a special restaurant! We will be back!

Always a treat when in New York. I like to go during the week after 2 pm as the restaurant is quiet! My friend is serious Glutten Free and the waiter was so careful with how her food was presented and prepared. Thank you!

Such a cute spot, adorable branding. Food was mediocre for the price and experience. I wouldn't go back. I do understand the convenience of shopping up an appetite but there's so many better spots in the city with better options in this price range. Nice wine selection if anything.

This is my second time dining for lunch and both instances the pasta came out cold and we had to return the dish to be re-heated.

Salad excellent! Value poor not even a cracker offered jist a bowl of salad. Barely finished and check on table. Upstairs and previous BG cafe offered breads and not even as expensive and offered something with salad! Atmosphere beautiful though.

Café Ginori is a beautiful oasis tucked away in the basement of Bergdorf Goodman. Like a cocoon, Cafe Ginori whisks you away into an italian fantasy of fabulous design that is matched by divine food and the most welcoming, attentive staff. It's a perfect, intimate place for great conversation with a friend (or three). I had a few small quibbles on my first visit which I communicated to management. The next time I went, it was all fixed! I'm a fan!!

Overpriced. Lovely venue and Ginori table ware beautiful. But menu not great for lunch as heavy entree courses. Only a couple of salads. Menu too serious for a casual lunchtime at BG!

Friendly host and hostess greeted us to a quiet corner table. Loved the fine table setting, gorgeous interior design, fun sophisticated colors, comfortable chairs, and classy ambiance. Quiet and intimate enough to talk and enjoy our fabulous meal. Service was excellent and perfect lunch date for ladies after a day of shopping! Thank you!💗

Gorgeous presentation on incredible Ginori place settings, food beautifully served, very Italian! Service wonderful. Was in heaven! The green tea Aperol Spritz a must, arancini, carpaccio, focaccia....heaven! Non appetito!!!

So fun! Love the new decor. We needed a bite to eat and coffee before perfume shopping. Everything was perfect.
