So disappointed ! Bergdorf has it’s nice restaurant on 7 th floor .. Have been coming here forever..since the 60’s though no cafe downstairs then . It is a perfect location for the wonderful light salads and tea sandwiches they used to serve 5 years ago … then it changed and changed again .

The lobster salad looks wonderful,, but taste was “off”. Then I ordered a main course of carpaccio … but for more than $40, I got a delicious tiny plate … it had truffles . Delicious , but no greens and small as as a “main course” at that price . It is a pretty place and the staff are nice, but I will not return - I miss the old cafe… a staple in my trips to NYC before I moved . It used to be perfect for a quick bite while shopping!

I was totally obsessed with the cute decor and the pretty china! I ordered the beet risotto which was amazing! The service was really good. It's super cozy and chill, perfect for a laid-back business lunch!

My foodie son had the lobster ravioli which was a special, and I had the spaghetti--we tasted each other's dishes, and we agreed they were both great. We also had a side of broccoli rabe and a simple dessert of 3 sorbets--really delicious. We went there since we couldn't get reservations at the upstairs restaurant, and we are so glad we did. It's a beautiful cozy space and I love that they use the Ginori dishes. I ordered a pot of tea, just because I saw someone else's teapot. Besides the gorgeous piece, the tea was a brand I had never had, and it was one of my favorite earl grey teas ever. Someone has curated this menu very carefully. Service was impeccable. We will definitely return.

It’s small, beautiful & quaint cafe highlighting the infamous Ginori brand from Italy. Tucked away by the cosmetics section of Bergdorf Goodman in NYC. The windows were decorated to celebrate the grand opening which was mid July. You can have a cafe, cappuccino with dessert or a lovely salad with meal. A nice reprieve from the busy city!

A lovely oasis fittingly located right next to Bergdorf Goodman's Beauty department, Cafe Ginori is a delight for the eyes and the appetite. We had the fresh rustic wheat bread as an appetizer, Siciliano Chopped Salad and the Over Roasted Seabass for a main--all very good. We also shared the sorbet & meringue dessert special which was a perfect way to conclude a summer lunch. Special mention for the service--which was attentive and elegant. Cafe Ginori's ambience is simply fantastic--truly a feast for the senses--a very special place indeed. Can't wait to go back!

We enjoyed our late lunch very much. It was not very crowded at the time we were there, we appreciated that the hostess did not put guests on top of one another as many restaurants do. The ambiance of course is lovely. The wallpaper, textiles, and of course the dishes are beautiful. Service was on point. We ordered the focaccia, seared tuna, and a chopped salad along with cocktails and enjoyed it all. We look forward to returning.

Our server, Leo, made some wonderful recommendations for our meal. The focaccia was delicious along with the sea bass and beet risotto. Finished off with the pistachio raspberry tarte. Will totally go back next time I shop at BG!

Pretty decor alla Ginori with a wonderful color palette. Service was also very agreeable. Unfortunately the food was all disappointing, chewy focaccia, tasteless appetizers, and a disgusting heavy gnocchi served like a soup with a stingy 4 slices of black truffle on top. Stick to BG upstairs!

It was my first time at Cafe Ginori after the new changes- I absolutely loved the food, the amazing decorations/atmosphere and the service was fantastic. Great selection bringing the Italian culture to BG. Everyone was very attentive and the host did an awesome job by letting me know in depth about the plates and the decorations behind the restaurant, which by the way the plates were stunning. Will definitely be going back. Thank you all for the great service and hospitality!

The place is has beautiful aesthetics and their Mocktails are refreshing good. The appetizers are good, and I would recommend to just stick to those. The main entrees were mediocre to bad and overpriced.
