Nice restaurant, food was not amazing but decent. Drinks could be better for the price point

Lovely cafe in the basement level of Bergdorf and a great alternative to the rooftop restaurant that is much busier with longer wait times for a table. Service was friendly and efficient and the food was quite good. We ordered the mushroom risotto and chopped salad for lunch and enjoyed both. Great place to stop during a shopping day.

Adorable little cafe inside BG. It was somewhat confusing to find at first. The food was sub par, but the hostess and employees made up in what the food lacked.

The host, the service was terrific. The Ambiance was luxurious. The food and value was just good. The best part was dining using Ginori serveware which was beautiful. It was an experience you should try. I would come back again with friends.

Always love Bergdorf Goodman for food & ambience. Was the day before Christmas & not as good as usual. Will come again because I love the plates

They won't seat you until your entire party is there even though the restaurant is half empty and there is nowhere to wait except to stand outside in the cosmetics floor

Had a beautiful Christmas Eve lunch. The waitstaff were wonderful and attentive. The decor of the cafe is fabulous. The food was lovely. Start to finish, it was a wonderful time.

Loved the vibe of the place. Beautiful decoration, nice menu and everything tasted very good. We tried the risotto, the chicken and some desserts and coffee. Everything very well made and good flavors. Will definitely come back again.

Here's to the ladies who lunch! This must be their new favorite place. Ginori everything from the chargers to the sugar bowls. Excellent service and great people watching. Beware you may be the only man in the place...now how bad can that be?

The hostess was at a desk where she couldn't see that new patrons had arrived and didn't notice me or greet me. The tea was weak and the person who brought it to my table forgot to bring the honey I asked for. Given my experience, it's mo wonder the cafe wasn't busy like the 7th floor cafe was. Disappointing experience and the only redeeming qualities were the decor and the desserts.

The ambiance is simply charming! The hostess and the coat-check runner should be commended -- patient, welcoming, and kind. They maneuvered everything with top-notch service! My food though was basic (probably due to my choice of salad), and my drink mediocre (mocktail), and my server seemed disinterested?

Very disappointing to be at BG and not have the Gotham salad. And the other choices were not very good

The host is always the most welcoming and gracious. Food is impeccable and service is excellent. Be prepared to be thrown into what feels like a “rom com” so chose your seats wisely if you're looking for a quiet meal.
