I was pleasantly surprised by this place. I was expecting over priced mid to low quality food but that was far from what I got. The burger was fantastic, no frills just a great American style burger with good quality beef for what was a surprisingly reasonable price considering the location and not just the location in NY but in NY itself which was horrendously priced everywhere else. Delicious Ice cream, I loved the strawberry bits in my ice cream. Everybody was nice and welcoming. The prices are reasonable I expected to pay more since it's Trump Tower. The location is beautiful and there's plenty of tables to sit at. The ice cream shop is next to a beautiful cafe that displays beautiful Mauviel copper pans and there's about 2 shops next door.

Bad reviews must be Trump haters - this ice cream is outrageously yummy - smooth consistency, creamy and just sweet enough, real pistachios (not a cheaper nut) - counter service is friendly and polite and the ambience here is pure elegance with a touch of fun.
