Absolutely loved my experience at Casa Cruz.The food and the service was amazing. The staff was so warm and attentive. The space itself is elegant and super cozy. One of my favorites plates were the branzino and the truffle pasta. The drinks were delicious too ! I Highly recommend it !!

Divine! The townhouse multi floors setup is posh yet serene, like an urban oasis. All the dishes were delicious and lovely presented. The host and staff were top notch professionals.
A shout out to Cyan, Johnson and the host who name we didn’t get (sorry!). Johnson skillfully took apart the salt crust for the branzino and deboned, de-skinned it. A must try dish!
The grilled berries dessert with sage was an unexpected delight.
It’s been a while since we’ve felt totally satisfied from a dinning out experience.

The food was amazing, but the service was so rude. To be honest the man that we had as a waiter was soooo rude the entire table felt uncomfortable. The only reason I would come back would be because of the amazing food. But certainly not for the service. And it was expansive so we expected to have a good experience. Hope this review helps.

Casa Cruz an amazing, elegant, private and delightful place to go. The staff was extremely helpful in accommodating us, the GM Fernando, came to our table and welcomed us, what a outstanding person, our waiter super helpful, The ambiance was great, and the food definitely lived up to my expectations. We tried the house recommendations, and if you visit the restaurant, you should too. This is a must-try if you are looking for a nice cozy place for dinner and drinks at their bar.

From the gorgeous outside of the restaurant, to the beautiful interior and the friendly staff Casa Cruz delivers! The Baked Scallops, the Yellowfin Tuna Carpaccio, the soft boiled Quail Eggs and the Lamb Chops, all delicious. We look forward to going back soon!

Had a great dinner here, good food and great location. Till you pay the bill (which you did not ask for) and they kick you out. 30 seconds after we settled the payment, a staff member asked us to stand up and leave, we were finishing our wine, it took us 5 minutes and they came back basically kicking us out. I won’t address the cost of the dinner, it’s pointless but not even a fast food restaurant would ask you to leave. These people should learn how to work with clients and how to treat guests, 1 star is the minimum but I would leave 0 to express how we feel after tonight’s experience. UPDATE: i agree we sat down for more than 3 hours but we did not cook the food not served it; if your time to prepare our meal was long (as you know we ordered many courses since it was a birthday celebration), you should have advised the kitchen to hurry. we did not wast time, we did not go out of the restaurant and came back; we sat down and ate the food you prepared and brought to our table. it's pointless to talk to people who don't want to listen, you behaved poorly and you should simply apologize. You advertise your place as an luxury experience, your behaviour does not align with street food vendors (with all the respect i have for them).

My experience was ruined by the staff’s rude and dismissive attitude. From the moment we walked in, the servers acted as if we were inconveniencing them. Our waiter barely acknowledged us, made no effort to be friendly, and seemed annoyed every time we asked a question about the menu. When we needed basic things like water refills, it felt like we were asking too much. The entire team appeared disinterested and unwelcoming, making the atmosphere uncomfortable. For a restaurant at this price point, I expected attentive and courteous service—not to feel like we were a bother. It’s a shame, because the setting is beautiful, but the poor service really overshadowed everything else. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for a pleasant dining experience.

It took ages for someone to take our order, and then the food took even longer to arrive. The steak was overcooked and tough, and the server didn’t seem interested in addressing our concerns. It’s frustrating to pay top dollar for such lackluster service and food quality.
