Terrible service there is a girl with red hair who treated me badly from the beginning I came back because my daughter likes bread with eggs from there but she managed it with the other employee and they did not want to serve her they treated me terrible if the boss saw this those people would not it is good for your business they do not have good customer service they lack empathy

Worst customer service ever, the lady didn’t even looked me in the eyes. My iced coffee was full of ice and I asked to have light iced and that lady said « nope ». Go get your coffee somewhere else.

Great place to get a grilled cheese sandwich whilst waiting for the Staten Island Ferry to depart.

Nice Place.

This use to be a garbage dump of a store and staff here were the rudest of the rude. Prices are still too high, but this 5 stars is for the kind, friendly and professional service provided by Miss. Perla (sorry if misspelled) who provided a excellent service with a smile. Who ever the boss is, they are lucky to employ such a fantastic human being. Thanks Perla, your kind and professional service deserve more than 5 stars.

The prices are high, but so are everyone else's prices. The food is good. The coffee is great. The young lady that's on duty weekday mornings is the best. I've seen her take care of four people in less than 10 minutes. She is always friendly and courteous. As long as I see her, they'll always have my business.

There prices are okay it’s a little expensive which is fine with me. But I like how the cashier was very polite and helpful I hope she can get a raise !!!
