My son takes me to this Japanese Tea House at times when I visit him, especially when it is a special day like my birthday or Mother's Day. The first three photos (with the parfait) were during a Mother's Day weekend, with a Sakura theme. That is the Sakura Parfait of Cha An Teahouse. I've made matcha lattes at home and at shop but this has got to be one of the best I've had. The bitterness, creamy, and perfect sweetness is unmatched. It is a little pricey compared to other matcha lattes but there is a reason for that. It's amazing and tops others. They definitely use ceremonial grade which gives it its richness. Its a must try.
