Would give six stars if I could. I have been to many Chipotles and I always order a steak quesadilla but the one I got here was 3x better than the second best one I've had. Thanks a lot!
I've been a Chipotle customer for decades, and today was extremely disappointing. I don't know what happened, but the black beans were EXTREMELY spicy. I EAT SPICY FOOD, including traditional Indian food, and this was UNBEARABLE. It seems like someone dumped half a container of chili pepper seeds into it because I could easily find 2-4 of them PER BITE. I started trying to pick them out as I was eating, but I couldn't even chew because I kept biting into the hard...
Came in close to closing and instead of hurrying me out like im used to in other places they were respectful and courteous. Young man making the meal was explaining what they were running out of so I said surprise me with chicken and he did nothing short of an awesome job. Overall energy and atmosphere was positive, solid, awesome. Very conducive to good productivity very commendable??
