Eating with family, entered at 22:08, it closes at 23:00 staff were initially friendly, but when it came for us to take the food away they said we are not allowed to sit down to eat, we asked why and that they don’t close till the next hour and then the server rolled her eyes and sighed.
Their reasoning was that they had already cleaned.
I then went back (after finishing mean) and requested a receipt for my taxes (i’m a tourist) and one again the workers exchanged looks at each other and the lady was hostile, yet i still received what I wanted.
Also my daughter wanted to use the bathroom (feminine reasons) and the workers flat out refused me saying I can’t because they already cleaned the toilet.
Overall the food was nice restaurant was indeed clean, just service and friendliness of workers was lacking.

The worst Chipotle! Filthy, they just permanently close the bathrooms claiming that they need to clean it if you close at 11 then Bathrooms should be open until then. Food and garbage all over the floors, careless staff, NEVER AGAIN

Absolutely Horrible Experience – Never Again
I rarely leave bad reviews, but this Chipotle location deserves every bit of this one. I placed an order for pickup and when I got home, half the food was missing—no beans, no sour cream and barely a scoop of meat.
To make things worse, I was still charged full price for a meal I didn’t even receive in full. No apology, no offer to make it right—just a total waste of time and money.
Save yourself the headache—go literally anywhere else. Worst experience I've had in a long time.

This is easily the worst Chipotle service wise in the city. How come they allow you to purchase a cup without informing you that not a single soda or refresher is stocked?? And good luck trying to throw out your food because the trash is to the ceiling. I will give credit where credit is due because their quality of food at this location is quite good.
I got food poisoning from here. The lettuce looked questionable, and they tried to roll up my burrito quickly to hide that something was wrong with it. Trash. The food used to be good at this location. What happened?!

This place is filled with middle school and high school students through lunch hour but the service is really quick. this chipotle does not always open on time all the time and would open an hour late on some days. the food is healthy with okay portions.

Waited 10 mins past my pickup time for my online order to say anything. The cashier lady assured me it’s coming. Another 10 minutes until I get my order, meanwhile people were just walking in and ordering right away. I then walk halfway home in the rain when I realize the queso is missing. When I went back they didn’t believe me and reluctantly gave me one after rolling their eyes at the receipt. This place is awful.

Usually they are ready to refill asap but nope, I got the scraps of multiple ingredients. Water machine was broken and trash was overfilling yet several team members just standing around.
