I visited a week ago. It was my first time ordering online. I placed the order seconds before I went inside. I showed it to an employee by the food station. I said I ordered on the app but can you make it front of me. They motioned for me to go to another employee then that person directed me back to the food station. Because I thought they understood, I went to order. At the register, confusion ensued. It had already been made.
One female employee that I had the unfortunate experience of speaking to said with irritation “are you paying for this you’ve wasted food”(pointing to the bowl I ordered in the store). I tried explaining situation. I apologized and said it won’t happen again. There won’t be a next time cause I’m not going back. She had a nasty attitude the entire interaction.
There was no reason to be so rude over a misunderstanding. I looked at the reviews. This seems to be a consistent problem. Please train your employees on how to talk to customers. And I’m not the one wasting food! Y’all could’ve let me have the second bowl. The small portions I got from the online order wasn’t worth $11.20. This was my first and last time at this location.

Excellent for eating on the go in NY with very affordable prices between $13 and $15. I recommend that you order a bowl, they serve more than a burrito. The food is well salted and the meats are well prepared, there are also vegetarian options.

As someone who has worked in restaurant management for many years, I waited until my experiences here seemed consistent enough to write a review. I am never one to judge a place on one bad experience, especially a chain. But I have been going here for just over two months now and the experiences have been truly awful. I’ll try and keep the list short. This location consistently: - Runs out of top sellers at any given time of day, and then refuses to make more -Has ZERO customer service skills. They are rude and consistently talk amongst themselves holding anyone else as priority z -does not change the soda lines or fill up refreshers -CLOSES the dining room TWO hours before closing?? So that at 9pm or onward I am not allowed to sit down. (This has only happened about three times but even once is absurd) -Blasts their own music from the kitchen leading to a clash with the music coming from the actual speakers -Does not take out the trash or clean tables -has zero food quality consistency, be it the rice or meat or pico.
The place, unfortunately, reeks of poor management and a complete disregard for company standards. That, or, no management at all. I remember when I was 17 working in restaurants and everything transpiring here is reminiscent of what would’ve happened if I was left to my own devices. I love chipotle, I always have but I cannot go back here when there are so many other spots in the city. And the experiences continue to disappoint. I hope it improves soon!

Rude and inconsiderate employees. I got the biggest attitude because I asked for a cup of water (it's 84 degrees out and I actually had made a purchase, I just didn't buy a drink) I was told "well you have to buy something to get water" Sir - I did buy something. Imagine being rude to someone over a cup of water. I wouldn't come back here.

Unfortunately one of the worst chipotle’s I have been too, gave us the incorrect order , food was cold, went back to get missing items and ended up buying chips, despite ordering queso in person it was still cold

More than 45 minutes before close and they were out of every single thing. If you wanted to burger with just chicken and rice and it was the perfect option. Poorly managed to have this happen.
