Went in before seeing a client and it was the worst chopt I’ve ever been to. The employees need to learn to smile and be friendly. Horrible attitudes! Ordered a salad that comes with cheese and got charged extra for it. Not coming back to this location.

I absolutely love Chopt, and this location is by far my favorite. The food is always prepared so quickly and everything is super clean every single time I visit. I come here 3–4 times a week, and the consistency is always spot on for me
The staff is friendly and I’ve had the chance to chat with Abdou, one of the managers, a few times. He’s awesome always welcoming, asking what I’m getting, and even making great suggestions that I’ve loved.If you’re looking for a fresh, delicious meal with quick service and a clean atmosphere, I highly recommend this Chopt
Ordered a salad today from chopt on 3rd avenue where I normally pick up from and the food was horrible. I paid 3.99 for chicken and they forgot the chicken, it had a heavy taste and pieces of onion which I never ever asked for and the salad itself was drowned in dressing. Messed up the whole experience and it was such a shame because I couldnt eat it. The entire salad looks careless done and below eating standards.

They run out of bread almost every night. Then do not offer any substitute no even a cookie. How hard is to make sure they have enough bread. The manager Liz was polite but not sympathetic. Customer service should be a priority but its not on 3rd ave and 77th. Why cant they have enough bread? They have been open for years and just cant get it right. I hope this review will entice them to have enough bread or at least treat their customers better.
