Tried this place for the first time last night and LOVED it! The food was delicious and the staff was incredibly nice and attentive. We tried the burrata salad, brisket bolognese, & Quattro Formaggi flatbread and loved them all. They even gave us a complimentary dessert! Definitely coming back here.
10/10/10's across the board. Food was excellent. Service was excellent as well.Flatbread pizza was amazing and the salad was wonderful.Place is small but the food is superb.

Water & Wheat is an incredible Upper East Side staple! Every single taste we had was amazing. You can watch them making the pasta as you are sitting at the table, and the lasagna and old school carbonara were some of the best I've ever had. Along with being super affordable and having fantastic staff, this restaurant has a really warm and friendly ambiance! I highly recommend this place and will no doubt be back soon!
