Matcha latte was fantastic, staff are very warm and friendly and the space is great if you’re looking for a place to chill
I got a cortado for here. Milk was steamed well and the drink presented in a really clean way. They asked for my milk preference and were polite. Cool spot!
Cute coffee shop. Good drinks. Kinda expensive. Didn't try food. Can be crowded sometimes
Nitro cold brew is smooth and nutty. Not acidic and sour like most cold brews. Staff was quite rude though, unfortunately.
Was told this was one of the best places to get a specialty pour over. It seems they have shifted their focus from coffee to cafe, where food matcha and studying environment is more important than the coffee itself. Still a great cup tho
They charge 1$ more for vegan milk! Also the Matcha was awful and the wifi did not work. Not coming back
I love expresso based drinks and I had one of the best cappuccinos ever there!
I can’t wait to go back for another one.

Love it. We are from a coffee area, and this little shop has great bean selection, well roasted, and well prepared. Staff was very friendly and accommodated our requests without hesitation.

Wow. So excited to try a pour over at this shop! Lots of options with really cool coffees. Ordered a pour over and frustrated barista told me that pour overs were 25 to 30 minutes because of a line. Which was one person when I entered. Don’t offer pour overs if you cannot deliver. Love the coffee in NYC . . .
Bad business too. It was not a cheap cup of coffee.

Anti-Asian employee | I became a fan after having read many stories about the founders and the success of Coffee Project. Last Thursday morning, I decided to take my son and my friends here. Unfortunately, we felt that we were not welcomed here.
There was a long line. A female employee who has short dark hair and wore a mask was working at the counter. She greeted every customer and asked them what they wanted to order. But when it came to me and then my Asian friends behind me, she did not say anything. She did not say Hi. She did not ask us what we wanted. She just stared at us. We had to greet her and told her our order, then paid without her even uttering a word. It seemed pretty clear to me that she refused to verbally acknowledge our presence.
Afterwards, she didn't even tell us to go to the side or that our coffee is being made. She was quiet the entire time during my turn and my three other Asian friends' turns. However, when other non-asian customers walked up to the counter after us she immediately returned to her happy self and attended to them. That's when I realized my friends, my son and I were the only Asian people in the shop.
This is not what I want for my son's first experience at Coffee Project. Such behaviors, no matter how subtle, are completely unacceptable and create a hostile and uncomfortable environment. I've cancelled all of the other appointments I have at different Coffee Project locations. Never thought that I would received Anti-Asian treatment at a place I happened to like!
I like this place this is good coffee Restaurant
Kid-friendliness: Friends you life is most good ?
The best coffee & latte art you’ll get in NYC. Every barista kills it.
