Cubbyhole is a friendly and welcoming restaurant with a brilliant atmosphere, known for its kind hosts. The vibes are great and supportive, making it an ideal local spot. This is such a haven for the queer/female community in NYC, where everyone is here to enjoy themselves. The music is immaculate, and the drinks are so good every damn time. Although it can be a bit tight on weekends, the wheelchair accessibility, including a ramp and attentive staff, makes it accessible. The community is one of a kind and so welcoming—many have made friends here. The bartenders are very attentive & will get you a drink in quick order. Keep in mind that it's cash only. They have a terrific jukebox that will keep you dancing all night. The perfectly mixed drinks and helpful recommendations make it a place to return to.
