Incredible experience every time I come here. The chef is absolutely incredible and hard working and visits every table- she genuinely cares about the experience of all the guests and the food is phenomenal. The ambiance is a perfect and inviting. Cant wait to return again

The level of genuine hospitality is incredible, with the chef owner Angie and her team taking care of every guest. The chef visits every table and genuinely cares about the experience. The food is phenomenal, with real care, creativity, and precision behind every plate. The masterful art of cooking shows respect for the most beautiful freshest ingredients available in NYC. The vibe is totally relaxing and naturally ingratiating, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The ambiance is cozy and inviting. Specific meals mentioned include the pot-au-feu, the chef's special bread service, the off the menu burger and shoestring fries, the halibut with morel cream sauce, the flaming crepes dessert, the complimentary small souffle, and the crepe suzette. The experience is absolutely extraordinary, with a complete lack of pretense and nothing performative. It is one of the best and intimate meals ever had, and a top dining experience. The only thing to compare it to are intimate neighborhood bistros in Paris or family trattorias in Rome or Florence, but even more elevated in terms of craft.
