The Salt & Pepper Lobster is perfection—crispy, tender, and seasoned flawlessly. The Salt & Pepper Calamari is light and crunchy, while the Cucumber Salad is refreshing and crisp. The Scallion & Ginger Lobster is aromatic, buttery, and luxurious. Fried Noodles with Shrimp Soup is comforting and flavorful, and the Salt & Pepper Shrimp is juicy and perfectly seasoned.
