Our server Phoenix was great, every attentive, helpful, knowledgeable. I found the food a bit expensive as well as the Unlimited card with the Eat and Drink Combo ($60 vs $40 it says on the Eat and Drink Menu online). Maybe because it was a Wednesday it was packed to the max, it was so many kids that almost no games were available, everyone was on top of each other. Not sure if they monitor the amount of people in the gaming section but perhaps they should. It wasn't very...

Hmm - I suspect that this is a very 'New York thing to do". It can get quite busy - so be prepared. But it was SO MUCH FUN. The staff were really friendly, and the service was great. The family had a good time. Well done.

An arcade hall in the middle of New York, fun if you have children and are looking for fun! With a prepaid card you can play all the games and save credits for the gift shop with the points you win with each game.
There is a (sports) bar and restaurant so you can have a snack and a drink while the children are playing games.

Kid-friendliness: Entertainment aimed at children and adults.
