Had one dish here and it was extremely delicious, the Pozole. As someone who has had pozole in Sunset Park and mom&pop places in Brooklyn/Queens, I found it to be as delicious.
It’s an elevated version of what you might find elsewhere, but the flavors were still there and on point. Think: spiced, savory, slightly lime-y broth with delicious hominy (corn) and added sweetness from a sweet potato, along with shredded chicken. Greens on top to make it look pretty as well as giving some extra texture and flavor. A perfectly balanced dish!

Blonde waiter boy with the short hair was extremely rude, i got physically pushed aside on the way out as he wanted to pass without communicating anything beforehand. The latin fella was a sweetheart though.

The service here was terrible, no ounce of care, friendliness, & honesty just bad at their job. The food was off & I paid for it this morning because I got food poisoning. I don’t recommend giving this place your money. Seems like Dimes has severely lost its way after 10 years of business.

My steak was good, my friend is sick after eating here. Service is horrible
love the tanginess of the jam on pancakes but the texture is too soft and not my fav. my friend also loved her salmon bowl. The waiter was understandably tired since the restaurant is packed. very small dining table and chair as well. would be a better experience if everything is not tiny.

I had to keep my jacket on inside because the wind kept coming in through the space around the closed windows.Food was bland and overpriced even for the area. I actually felt a little nauseous after eating.The only reason I'm giving this place two stars is because the staff were nice people, if a bit inattentive.I'd generally suggest eating elsewhere.
