I’ve been wanting to try Bar Belly for a while and finally made it out. The Asian-inspired cocktail menu is super creative, and the duck fat fries are dangerously good. The bartender was super friendly and gave us a great recommendation for a smoky mezcal drink. My main gripe is the seating. If you're into craft cocktails, this is the place. The staff really knows their stuff. We sat at the bar which was fun to watch them work. Food is secondary here but still good—the small plates are designed to pair with drinks. Noise level was moderate when we arrived but got pretty loud later on, hard to hear sometimes. Reliable spot for a night out. Service was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Prices are around $40 per person, which is standard for the area. Took off one star because there's no reservation system and we waited nearly 30 mins on a Saturday. Great for couples, maybe too small for large groups.
