Had one dish here and it was extremely delicious, the Pozole. As someone who has had pozole in Sunset Park and mom&pop places in Brooklyn/Queens, I found it to be as delicious.

It’s an elevated version of what you might find elsewhere, but the flavors were still there and on point. Think: spiced, savory, slightly lime-y broth with delicious hominy (corn) and added sweetness from a sweet potato, along with shredded chicken. Greens on top to make it look...
love the tanginess of the jam on pancakes but the texture is too soft and not my fav. my friend also loved her salmon bowl. The waiter was understandably tired since the restaurant is packed. very small dining table and chair as well. would be a better experience if everything is not tiny.
Really nice spot. Very interesting interior fit out, and a good vibe from servers and patrons alike. Carrots and potatoes appetisers were simple and tasty, and the grits main course with oyster mushrooms was quite special. Hominy soup packed with herbs and flavour. The pork with coconut rice was tasty, but definitely the least memorable. Saffron rice and buckwheat chocolate cake were pretty good, but the cake was a little dry, hence not quite 5 stars. Great for a special weeknight...
