“I want to take a moment to recognize Santana, the manager at this Domino’s, because he truly goes above and beyond every single time. He is one of the most accommodating people I’ve ever come across in customer service. No matter how busy it gets, I can always count on him to make sure my order is not only correct but also prepared with care and attention to detail. He really takes pride in making sure everything comes out exceptional.

What stands out about Santana is how customer-focused he is. He doesn’t just treat people like “customers”! he treats everyone with kindness and respect, making sure you feel valued from the moment you place your order to the moment you pick it up (or have it delivered). If there’s ever a small issue, he’s the first one to step in and fix it without hesitation, and he does it with such a positive attitude.

On top of that, Santana has a genuinely nice personality. He’s approachable, professional, and always has a friendly word to share. Whenever I walk by the store, I make it a point to say hi to him, and he always greets me back warmly. It’s rare these days to meet someone who not only manages well but also makes a real connection with people in the neighborhood.

Santana is truly a great addition to this community. He makes Domino’s more than just a pizza place, it feels like a welcoming spot because of the way he runs it. I really appreciate the care and consistency he puts into his work, and I know I’m not the only one who feels that way. If you want excellent service with your pizza, Santana is the reason this location stands out.“

“Look, these folks work HARD, are efficient and even nice & helpful. This lil gal behind the counter with some teal glasses on is HUSTLIN’ back there taking phone orders, processing walk-in’s, making sure people get their to-gos, all with a smile AND even trying to help folks save a few bucks by advising them on deals & current promotions. “Today is December 30th and the girl who is on the clock between 12-1pm is the sweetest. Mariela! The poor girl is working alone, yet, STILL doing a great job and still did not neglect to wash her hands after touching money before she returned to making food. The food is delicious thanks to her and she is very pleasant and hard working. This girl needs a raise! Treating the place & the customers with care like it’s her own.“

But this place need to add more sandwiches options like a meatball sub id love that, and they need to make the cash limit higher for delievery im tired of having to limit the food i eat just to meet the 50$ arrangement. Sometimes the delivery guys have attitudes dont take your anger out on me because your wife got banged not my fault man. “The staff here are incredibly diligent and always friendly. Shoutout to the single chef working Thanksgiving! Might have taken just a couple minutes longer than usual to pick up a pizza (as expected working solo) but it was done efficiently and with a smile.

“I live next to this Dominos and I cant get enough! The food is always on time (I order from the app, free food?! Yes please!) The personnel is FANTASTIC! Specially the overnight shift. “I'm very positively surprised by the way people from Dominos spoke to me and treated me. I came to pick up the order and the manager took a look at the pizza before he gave it to me and he thought there aren't enough mushrooms so he said if I could wait for another one to be done and apologized. I personally wouldn't say anything but this kind and beautiful gesture made my day! From today Domino's pizza > every other pizza!“

“I have eaten dozens of pizzas from this location over the last ten years. In the last year we've notice a huge increase in the quality of the pizza coming out of this location on East 116h between Lafayette and 3rd. I've had great experiences with the folks putting things together. They are definitely always working in fast motion when I am picking up my order. But recently its Domino's quality that has become impressive. Some of our favorite pizzas have come from them and they are consistent now. The crusts have life now. The sauces feel more sparkly than ever and the toppings are delivering flavor complexity in very easy to love new ways. In my home we can take down three large pizzas between two people in two days. The toppings add up and the pizzas now feeling way more substantial and fresh. Always order extra. It's some of the best leftover pizza I can remember having. Warm it on a cast iron griddle, zap it quick, take it room temperature, or out of the fridge, we devour leftover Dominos pizza now. If you haven't tried Dominos in a while, I certify that this location is currently making some very high-quality food. You may be surprised at how tasty and filling it is. Great value and takes a few minutes to order online and ten-fifteen later ready to go. Something has gotten significantly better.“

“I've spent hundreds of dollars at this particular Dominoes and have ordered here consistently only to always have a problem with delivery. Thier attitudes always expecting a tip and complain or grunt when not given one. The way they talk to my kid when he goes to pick up the pizza. I've constantly called and complained to sammy only to be kinda brushed off by saying were busy or I'm sorry. I will order from the loca pizzeria from now on!(2020 Update) I will say Things have changed for the better since complaining. The driver’s are a lot nicer and make me wanna give them a tip. “Honesty is key. This is a great location for the pizza you know and love. They follow the special instructions if you put any in, and the order is just flawless every time I go there. “I think there's some misunderstanding about the gloves, I spoke with the lady there and she was very nice and explained to me that they're actually not supposed to wear gloves with the type of food they're handling, because they are supposed to keep washing their hands. It's part of the rules from Dominoes to prevent bacteria from spreading BECAUSE of gloves.

I saw her wash her hands before and after handling the food and taking it out of the oven. The store was clean and the workers were courteous even after I asked about the gloves. They had a good attitude which is rare nowadays.

Sometimes you can ask before you jump to conclusions. I don't think this location deserves all the complaints and bad ratings, but I can understand the confusion.“

I asked for a fresh cut and for him to wash his hands before preparing my pizza, and he handled everything very professionally with a great attitude.
