“Look, these folks work HARD, are efficient and even nice & helpful. This lil gal behind the counter with some teal glasses on is HUSTLIN’ back there taking phone orders, processing walk-in’s, making sure people get their to-gos, all with a smile AND even trying to help folks save a few bucks by advising them on deals & current promotions. Staff back there expediting orders and getting food boxed up and out that DOOR! 🚪 I’m impressed with this crew! And their pizza is good! 🍕“
“This place is alright ive been eating here my whole life basiclly. Whether your getting pizza, Chicken, a sandwich, pasta you name it, it will guarenteed be decent. But this place need to add more sandwiches options like a meatball sub id love that, and they need to make the cash limit higher for delievery im tired of having to limit the food i eat just to meet the 50$ arrangement. Sometimes the delivery guys have attitudes dont take your anger out on me because your wife got banged not my fault man. “I live next to this Dominos and I cant get enough! The food is always on time (I order from the app, free food?! Yes please!) The personnel is FANTASTIC! Specially the overnight shift. Who is always working hard and so fast in such a busy location. WE SEE YOU! THANKS!The only thing I would change is adding a few table and chairs outside.“

“I'm very positively surprised by the way people from Dominos spoke to me and treated me. I came to pick up the order and the manager took a look at the pizza before he gave it to me and he thought there aren't enough mushrooms so he said if I could wait for another one to be done and apologized. “The Good, the Bad, and the Awesome of this location. So my daughter and I were prepping our ThnxGivin dishes we were to cook the day before TG and decided on Pizza to eat until Turkey Day. We ordered the large 2 toppings thin-crust pizza (sausage/grn peppers) that came w/a blonde brownie special. Delivery was prompt, the pizza was fresh, and the brownies were lovely and delicious. The bad the preparer literally cut the already thin, not large, but small 6-slice in size pizza to smithereens. It was cut into squares that would be appropriate for kids. I've had frozen pizza w/more bulk. It was very disappointing in that we'd hoped to have some leftover slices with coffee the next day, as we would be getting across town to our family's house for dinner. Granted, I'm aware that inflation and the economy are in full effect, but what used to be an 8-slice pizza has diminished to a mere 6-slice, very small, and scarce pizza pie (if u wanna call it that). The only saving grace is it was delicious, and the ingredients were fresh. All that to say if you want to treat yourself to pizza and get your money's worth do yourself a favour and hit up Costco's Food Court where the pizza is huge (a large means large) and for $9.95 (cheese) $9.99 (pepperoni) is absolutely delicious and you'll have more than enough to spare & share.“
“My company had thrown a pizza party for a client. Yes, there is better pizza out there, especially in NYC but we sent Domino's. Pizza was pretty good. I loved the sausage and mushroom pizza with the garlic/parmesan crust. It was a nice touch. Pizzas were delivered on time and piping hot.“
“Today is December 30th and the girl who is on the clock between 12-1pm is the sweetest. Mariela! The poor girl is working alone, yet, STILL doing a great job and still did not neglect to wash her hands after touching money before she returned to making food. “Being in NYC eating regular pizza from big name chains that are across the country isn't right to me..with so many pizza parlors...this domino's is different it clean the food is fresh..it taste so much better here then what's being serve at other domino's across the country they chabge something...this location on Amsterdam...I can't speak for the other domino's shops in this city...I can only speak on this one with the coupon deals online...staying open some nights 1am or 2am on other nights it's great“
“My experience at Domino’s on East 14th Street was mostly great and I have very few complaints. The staff were super friendly and attentive, plus the place was clean and well-organized. I was greeted and given my pizza hastily and with good efficiency and had no problems on the pickup. The only downside was the pizza bake – I had requested it to be well-done, but it came out a lot more on the regular side, which was a bit underwhelming from what I was craving and expecting at the current moment. Everything else was spot on, though. The pizza was fresh, and they made sure to give me the right toppings sauces after a small reminder. Overall, it was a solid visit, and I’d definitely go back again!“
“Never had a problem with the service... I'm just here to complain about the "Show your card" policy on pick up orders. The cashiers ask for your telephone number, they want to see your phone with the order number AND the card we used to pay? That's ridiculous. I believe you guys are the only business in the city that does that. Makes me want to give you 1 star but that's not fair to the employees at this location.“
“I tried extra alfredo & was not pleased with my order at all. I didn’t want to call & be annoying. But I did because I just couldn’t eat it, they were SO understanding about it. They remade my order. Thanks to the staff tonight. Been ordering from here all my life and never had a problem. Good to know their customer service is just as good.“
“The food is about what you’d expect from Dominos, inconsistency included. However, the service is some of the best I’ve had in a fast food type restaurant.
The last time I was here they mixed up my food with another customer. I made it halfway down the block but the cashier caught up and was ready to make a new pizza if the other customer didn’t return. Strongly recommend if you like taking advantage of coupons and deals“
“I went to the one on 109 & 3rd ave. Arturo was working by himself. I ordered 12 medium 2 topping pizzas for my grandsons summer camp. He made those pizzas quick. I delivered them to the schoolyard where the BBQ was. The kids was happy and I made it back to work on time. I was on my lunch break. Arturo was the Man that day, running the show solo dolo. Bless him.“

“I've spent hundreds of dollars at this particular Dominoes and have ordered here consistently only to always have a problem with delivery. Thier attitudes always expecting a tip and complain or grunt when not given one. The way they talk to my kid when he goes to pick up the pizza. I've constantly called and complained to sammy only to be kinda brushed off by saying were busy or I'm sorry. I will order from the loca pizzeria from now on!(2020 Update) I will say Things have changed for the better since complaining. The driver’s are a lot nicer and make me wanna give them a tip. Have yet to run into an issue thank you for changing for the better. Changed from 1 star to 4.“
“It’s dominos, so the bar and expectations is set at dominos level. Not going to compare it to the regular nyc pizza joints bc it’s not them; it’s dominos. I usually get dominos on very particular occasions, namely when it’s late at night and I’ve been drinking and am starving but the other local pizza shops are either already closed or packed with people who have also been out drinking trying to get food like me. That’s when I turn to dominos because app ordering is easy breezy and food is usually ready in 20 minutes tops. It’s quick, it’s cheap, it’s reliable.“
“Honesty is key. This is a great location for the pizza you know and love. They follow the special instructions if you put any in, and the order is just flawless every time I go there. “Juan Miguel was very kind and friendly. He is a great manager and his hospitality has won me over to definitely return to this store. I had stopped coming here because the prior staff and manager were very rude. However Juan treated us as if we were dining at a 5 star restaurant. The reason I gave 3 for the atmosphere is because the AC was not working and this had nothing to do with the exceptional service we received from Juan. To make up for the lack of AC, Juan prepared a table for us right by the door so we can enjoy the fresh breeze coming in. That was very kind. He treated us as if we were guests at his house. Very hospitable.“
