Hello, New York, I am writing to you from Lima Peru and I think that you will pay attention to me because of the passion that we share when we delight in pizza. I want to tell you that I was not taken seriously when I made the complaint that the pizza was not cut well and that when my children and wife pulled the pizza piece it broke in an uneven way, they did not care and they told me that they would deliver the pizza in shop and if you wanted me to go through a consolation prize....read full review
its been nearly 90 mins since my original order. I placed an order online, after walking into the actual store, and being ignored by the store staff.
Once the food was actually received, it was inedibly cold.
Thankfully, after calling multiple times, the manager reimbursed the cost of the food to compensate for the headache.
The worst customer service I've experienced.The audacity, the lack of professionalism and respect was unbelievable. mohammed or sunny or whomever picked up that phone should be FIRED!!! lost a customer indefinitely.
