Love their Taro bubble tea with Lychee. The place looks old from the outside. The staff hardly speaks English. But I went for their bubble tea not for conversation so it's fine! I had a hard time asking for a specific decaffeinated tea though. They ended up giving my friend palpitations as they didnt take the order correctly for her tea. It's always better to have a staff that can understand English.
