From my very first time, I enjoyed the donuts and the customer service Janelle gave! Every time she’s there, I go. Donuts are warm and fresh And as a chef, I really do appreciate the flavor palette! Definitely bringing some home for my family tonight. Straw pass and didn’t see my girl, but I’m still gonna order

We got a dozen mini donuts to try as many flavors as possible. They were all good, but most were generically sweet - couldn't hardly taste or even visibly see any difference between the cinnamon sugar, green tea and chai donuts. The tea was fantastic. Overall not bad, but more viral than impressive. I'd go back for the tea.

Had such a great experience here! The staff were super friendly and made the whole visit feel fun. I tried a bunch of flavors and honestly, they were all good—but Cookies & Cream was the standout for me.

They’ve got so many creative options, I’m already planning to come back and try more. Definitely worth a stop if you’re into unique doughnuts or just want a treat that feels a little special.

We do pretty large orders from here on a regular basis, and they have all been flawless. Everything comes out warm and delicious, and they even realized we made a mistake and offered to remake the entire batch for the next day! We love this place.

The $6 vegan/gluten free rice kripsie treat is absolutely disgusting. Do not waste your money. Being gluten free I'm used to paying higher prices for food. I had high hopes for this treat. After all this place makes delicious doughnuts, but can't be bothered making GF doughnuts. I threw out the rice kripsie treat after a bite. Such a waste of money.

Regret coming here 🤢 was trying to give the place the benefit of the doubt on how good I heard about the donuts however I had to wait long for 12 donuts, place didn’t look too clean unlike the other restaurants down there, flies were flying around the donuts and lastly these donuts wasn’t all tasty as all overall place wasn’t the cleanest to visit, i didn’t have an good experience I don’t see how the Kardashians are obsessed with these when there’s BETTER AND AMAZING DONUTS out here in nyc like donut pub or the mini donuts in Harlem.

The website info is not correct. We wanted to try this place last night, but it closed at least 30 minutes earlier. Very disappointing no.

they make better Donuts at Dunkin Donuts. also for better prices. You can also check out the well known Duck Donuts which is significantly better than here. IN terms of NYC gems, this one misses the note. Don't waste your money here, it'll probably save you a trip to the bathroom for an hour later!

If you want to feel like an inconvenience and an afterthought, try to be a customer of this place! Love the products- even at those prices- but they make getting anything frustrating and defeating. If you’re first in line, they’ll take your order and then take a few more orders after you and make those first, before eventually getting to yours. If you order online, they won’t make anything, won’t tell you, and won’t answer their phone. And when you show up today as the only person in line, they’ll let you stand there for a few minutes before taking your order, and then tell you it’ll be a while because they’ve got several big online orders ahead of you, which (I guess) they’ve decided to take this time. Just not from you. The last three times I’ve been here, I’ve walked away empty handed and disappointed.

I placed an order for pickup here yesterday, the order went through and money was taken out of my account. I was told it would be ready around 6:55pm and then when arriving the store was closed. I don’t know how to get in contact with you but I would like someone to fix this. I understand it was Christmas but if you’re not open it should not be possible to place an order on your website 🙃

This donuts are minuscule and way overpriced. I ordered these and felt incredibly stupid paying $15 for 12 tiny donuts

Pretty poor experience after walking through the wind and rain to get there at 6pm and being told that they were closing early due to staffing issues. (On Google maps they say they’re open til 8pm). I might expect this from a very low end mom and pop shop, but certainly not from a chain. Also, she hadn’t even closed when we arrived so the fact that she grumpily closed seemingly as a result of us trying to order felt unnecessary and left us with a negative impression. If you’re going to be unreliable with your hours, at least be staffed with people pleasant enough to make me want to come back anyway.

Disappointed!!!
These donuts are not even mini donuts. I asked my friend to buy a dozen donuts here and he brought me donut dough rings 12pcs when if you combine them you will get a size of 1 donut.

$13 for this?! Unfortunately I can post pics in this review. Google does not have that option. See my separate photo uploaded in the photos with comping the seize of these “donuts” to a medicine pills container.

I should’ve listened to my friend and get a dozen of donuts at Dunkin.
