A customer frequently orders drinks from Dunkin' and is always satisfied with their quick service and happy with their drinks. However, another customer is often disappointed with their iced lattes having too much milk and not enough espresso. A third customer visited a Dunkin' in NYC and, although it was busy, they were helped promptly and received what they expected.
