Bad customer service. Very unprofessional. They don't know how to properly change. I always take egg and cheese croissant and it always the same price in every dunk. But they wore charging me $2 more the the usual price but everything else is the same price. So they just don't know how to change.

I went there earlier today to pick up an order I placed online. Let me make it clear that this wasn’t the girls fault. She was by herself! It’s a busy location located in the heart of NYC. Shame on management and the Dunkin franchise.
This is now the second incident with this location I’ve had in less than 2 months.
This time I placed an order to pick up on the Dunkin app on my way to work. I stood in the small very crowded Dunkin and waited 20 mins for my coffee and food. Finally after 20 mins my drink came out and then I waited and waited for my food and realized it wasn’t coming. Now being very late for work I decided to leave. Never got my food.
This location needs to do better. Don’t leave your staff hanging like that. I felt bad for that girl. No one should have to work in such stressful conditions like that. I have finally learned my lesson, I will never go back to that location. Hopefully someone else got to enjoy my food that I lost money out on.

I pick up orders here a couple times a week and am always happy with my drinks. They are quick too. Today I accidentally dumped my iced coffee on the floor, which basically trashed their small area. They are saints! They didn’t scold me, even though I felt horrible, and they gave me a new drink. I assumed it was might fault so I was prepared to buy another one. Thank you!
