I went there earlier today to pick up an order I placed online. Let me make it clear that this wasn’t the girls fault. She was by herself! It’s a busy location located in the heart of NYC. Shame on management and the Dunkin franchise.
This is now the second incident with this location I’ve had in less than 2 months.
This time I placed an order to pick up on the Dunkin app on my way to work. I stood in the small very crowded Dunkin and waited 20 mins for my coffee and food. Finally after 20 mins my drink came out and then I waited and waited for my food and realized it wasn’t coming. Now being very late for work I decided to leave. Never got my food.
This location needs to do better. Don’t leave your staff hanging like that. I felt bad for that girl. No one should have to work in such stressful conditions like that. I have finally learned my lesson, I will never go back to that location. Hopefully someone else got to enjoy my food that I lost money out on.

I pick up orders here a couple times a week and am always happy with my drinks. They are quick too. Today I accidentally dumped my iced coffee on the floor, which basically trashed their small area. They are saints! They didn’t scold me, even though I felt horrible, and they gave me a new drink. I assumed it was might fault so I was prepared to buy another one. Thank you!

I showed my dunkin app to get my order and the lady grabbed my phone abruptly and gave me my order. Then went into my car. When I opened the bag there was a piece of hair on the donut and I couldn't eat it. It was disgusting. I reported this to the app and they wanted to chat with me but I couldn't cause I was busy.

In 40 years of going to restaurants and coffee shops this is the worst customer experience I have ever had. Not one soul in the store. The cashier wandered up, no greeting, no talking, to take my order. Sour. The unfriendly barista made my coffee, handed it to me and when I got home it was not mine. I walked back 6 blocks and they blamed me for taking the wrong coffee. 0 stars. So many other great coffee places in the area. No wonder it was empty, with no customers. Warning to all.
