I recently visited Dunkin’ Donuts, and I have to say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish! The moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly staff, who made me feel welcome. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with bright lighting and a clean, well-maintained space.
As for the menu, Dunkin’ never disappoints. I ordered their classic iced coffee and a Boston cream donut, both of which were absolutely perfect. The iced coffee was perfectly brewed, with just the right amount of sweetness and a refreshing chill that was perfect for the hot weather. It was smooth, not too strong, and the ice didn’t dilute the flavor as some places tend to do. The Boston cream donut was fresh, soft, and filled with a creamy, rich custard that balanced perfectly with the chocolate glaze on top. It’s honestly one of the best donuts I’ve had!
One thing that stood out to me was how quick and efficient the service was, even though there was a line. The staff worked together seamlessly to ensure all orders were prepared quickly without sacrificing quality. Nazrul has to be the nicest cashier I have ever encountered during my shopping trip. His patience and kindness truly stood out, making the entire experience enjoyable. He greeted each customer with a warm smile and took the time to engage in friendly conversation, which created a welcoming atmosphere. My daughter, who tends to be shy around strangers, was particularly taken by him; she thinks he is absolutely fantastic. She loved how he made her feel special by asking about her favorite drink and sharing a few jokes. It’s refreshing to meet someone who genuinely cares about customer service and brightens the day of everyone around him.

I be hitting this place super late night around 2am to 3am on my way to the train. Summer time a nice Milkshake or winter with a nice Hott chocolate. And the workers are great and friendly.

I don’t like leaving negative reviews but I just couldn’t let another day pass with the experience I had. I went to this location last week Friday like I normally do for the past two years. I even order here for my jobs corporate events. I always order my breakfast on the app. I grabbed my breakfast and saw I only was given one little packet of butter when they always give two. I asked the lady behind the counter for an extra butter when she looked at me like I had two heads and said you already have. I said yes I only have one but you always give out two sometimes 3. She continued to look at me like I just asked them for their year supply of butter. Long story short, they really need to get their customer service in order. Sad to say they lost a customer
