Worst experience I've ever had! I just went in here today to order something. A woman was sitting on a chair using her phone. I kept saying hello and excuse me. She straight up ignored me. I left the store. No customer service be aware.

I do not understand why would any business have more than 1 register, numerous staff to take orders but only have 1 register open with the other registers there literally collecting dust due to no one using it. Sucks!! Too many DD have this problem.

If it is a cafe then there have to be some chairs to sit and washroom to use.NY has to change their policy and include washrooms inside all cafes and pizzerias.Dunking is nice to have free donut with their app on Wednesdays.I have seen poo in Mnhattan streets on side walk. Really disgusting.
