It seems like every time I got here they are always rushing which causes them to mess up orders. The amount of times I have ordered in person or even online they somehow seem to mess up my order every single time. I’ve never had a correct order without me having to say anything. Just today I was in a rush for work and they messed up my order and I got charged for something they didn’t even add. It’s getting ridiculous
10/13/23: Stopped in for quick wake up wrap and hash browns. I must say I do like their hasbrowns but thats probably where the liking stops. It can be a little chaotic and I think instead of calling out the food items they should call out the order number instead. I've seen people receive the bags only to look inside and realize it's not their order. Now the food has been touched by others.. no bueno. As this is my go to spot in the when in the office this day I was not pleased....read full review

I’m very confused by this location. I placed an order on the app the night before for pick up in the morning. But when I arrived, I was treated as though I wasn’t in my right mind as the workers tried to tell me how I messed up in multiple ways.
