I've ordered here frequently when I worked at a different job that required me to take the bx12 bus daily. Today I mistakenly ordered a coffee at a different location and the man at the register whipped one up for me at no charge once we realized the order. Thank you so much for your good service, I appreciate you!

I swear if I had another option I would go to another dunkin cuz the people who work here in the morning are always rude! Like if you don't lie your job quit! Its not the customers fault your miserable! Best customer service is the young crew from the afternoon. Also don't just throw my food in a bag, I'm not asking you to take great care of it but damn what did my doughnut do to make you so mad?
