Pizza Haven Reviews
I have been going there since 1957. I live 400 miles away, but only one place up here can make a comparable Pizza up here. So now when I or any of my Children go down. They bring several pies back up north with them. Best Pizza ever. Peggy Walsh-RiversI can't wait to go again soon, hopefully.
You can feel the nostalgia upon entering. Judging from the decor, it's seems like a community staple. Especially judging from the energy of the seated patrons. The items we ordered were ok, just a bit expensive. Their location is ideal though, given it's proximity to the local train station and buses.
The Pizza was great and would go again
Pizza Haven, a charming mom and pop pizza shop in Washington Heights, offers a variety of handcrafted pies bursting with quality ingredients. The crust is crispy and chewy, creating a delightful experience with every bite. The friendly staff and cozy atmosphere make it a perfect spot for a relaxed family dinner or casual hangout. Although some customers have noted a drop in the overall rating, many remember the delicious pizza from past visits. One recent customer enjoyed 2 Sicilian slices and a 20oz drink for $14, mentioning that the slices are huge and generously topped with mozzarella. The peaceful setting makes it an ideal choice for a quick bite, ensuring that Pizza Haven remains a must-visit for genuine local pizza goodness.
