I like their donuts and coffee. Service is sometimes slow . I have also been given the wrong type of donut and not been given my order without asking several times. However, in general Dunkin donuts is a good cheap place for a cup of coffee and a snack.

Worst Dunkin' I've been to. They close whenever they feel like it. Three times now, I've seen two employees sitting in the store with the door locked during store hours. Don't trust that it's ever open when it says it is.

Plenty right with this place. Nice place in a convenient location with friendly service--with a smile and a willingness to answer queries into the complexities of donutery, ice-creamage, offering a curated breakfast experoience! Nice comfy chairs to kick back upon as the world (i. e., NYC) strolls by on 23rd Street--center of Earth!

Are you familiar with T-Mobiles Tuesday deal? It's that every Tuesday if you're a T-Mobile holder you get a free Medium Latte at Dunkin'. I came in with my mom and got her a hot medium latte and scanned her code on her phone. After she made that one I began ordering mine and then she told me that she can't scan the code on my phone because it's a screenshot but she scanned my moms screenshot on her phone so I was like what's the problem with mine. And she then said she can't scan screenshots and her boss told her she's not allowed to do that. And when I told her I do it all the time AND because I am not always able to get it on Tuesday I screenshot it so I don't lose it. She then goes no you can't use it on any other day except Tuesday... the deal is that we have 6 days to redeem it. Meaning that within the next six days, that aren't just Tuesday, we are allowed to use our code scan to get our free medium latte. And I tried telling her that and she just kept saying her boss said she couldn't. So I left that place and went to a Dunkin' two blocks up and guess what I got? My medium latte with my screenshot code scan from a different employee who said that's perfectly fine to do. Moral of the story... don't go here unless you want to be annoyed by employees who have no idea on what they're talking about.

Worst Dunkin Donuts in Manhattan. Went here at 5:45 on a Saturday for the $2 coffee from 2-6 PM Only one guy working. (Every other Dunkin has at least 2 people) The service was super slow (despite only being 2 other customers) so I left for 10 Mins to check in at work. I come back at 5:58 and they were closed. The guy saw me and didn't seem to care. If the sign says 2-6 you need to stay open the whole time. I will not be back.
