Plenty right with this place. Nice place in a convenient location with friendly service--with a smile and a willingness to answer queries into the complexities of donutery, ice-creamage, offering a curated breakfast experoience! Nice comfy chairs to kick back upon as the world (i. e., NYC) strolls by on 23rd Street--center of Earth!
I go to this location every morning. Service is good and the staff knows me as a regular. Service is good but it is very small with no seating. There is only one register so be prepared to wait on a line for a few minutes to order. It's a quick D&D coffee spot. Don't expect more compared to other locations.

I like their donuts and coffee. Service is sometimes slow . I have also been given the wrong type of donut and not been given my order without asking several times. However, in general Dunkin donuts is a good cheap place for a cup of coffee and a snack.
