Do not go here, the people working behind the counter, including the manager will talk discriminatorily and derogatorily in front of you in their native language, Bengali. I’m a Bengali American. On Sunday morning, 9/29/24 at approximately 9:30am I visited this store to pick up my mobile order.
The reason I mention the date and time is to clarify that the place was absolutely empty this Sunday morning. I submitted my pick up order via the mobile app. Upon arriving I watch the manager “Anika” absentmindedly talk about how she’s unhappy at work and talking about her social life. Sure, I get it, no problem.
I stood there with my associate waiting. It was only after asking then if this was the right location, confirming they had the mobile order, and the name on it. Well, it’s likely that Anika took exception to having to fulfill our order and do her job.
While we are quietly and patiently waiting there, mind you we are both cleanly and casually dressed, Anika and all the other workers decide to openly have a conversation about us in Bengali throughout the entire store. They used various insulting terms and commented on our dynamic in Bengali for no reason.
Here’s the good part. We were astonished someone would so openly rudely speak about us. We asked Anika if she’s Bengali she said yes. We alerted her that we are as well and heard her insults about us. Did she respond or apologize? No! She asked us what was our country of origin…
When asked to repeat what she said she claimed up and tried to hide. All the other employees who were actively part of the conversation were also silent and wide eyed. It’s clear that they regularly do this, have conversations in Bengali assuming no one understands them.
These people will smile in your face and discuss insults about your friends and you at the same time.
Anika and her employees may have walked into a discrimination lawsuit.
In the meantime, stay away from these rude and insulting people. As I stated when I started…I’m a Bengali American. Born and raised in NY and my parents instilled a respect for all people and cultures.
I serve my community, it’s a shame that my “people” can’t do the same.
The city is full of Dunkin’s, I suggest you stay the heck away from this one.
I ordered half a dozen donuts 2 Boston Creme 2 Glaze 2 Jelly One pink frosted
I was delivered six pink frosted donuts Plus, the latte I ordered was missing from the order. Grubhub should remove your personal from their platform. Your service is poor and unacceptable!

I enjoy coming to this Dunkin. The staff is very friendly and they always have fresh munchkin donut holes. They open early and are well staffed. Never a long wait even if there are a lot of people inside.

I went to this place twice. Both times the experience was really bad. The first time I went to get a refresher and I told them i have a throat pain so don’t put ice on my drink but when I got the drink it was full of ice to the top. I told them to please remake it and they didn’t wanna do it. Do the lady behind me saw it and she also talked to the person on the counter to remake it. Then at last they remade it but again put half ice. I didn’t wanna tell them again so I left.Second time I went there were 2 Bangladeshi girls on the counter. I was in the line and it was my turn. They didn’t even look at me. And started speaking something in Bangladeshi language. I don’t understand their language. Then she said how can I help you to the lady behind me. The lady behind me was an American lady. Even she was shocked and told them it’s her turn. Then the other Bangladeshi girl laughed at it. Like what was that? Was that disrespect or racism I don’t get it. After that I never went to this place. Worst place ever. The customer service and the people in the front are the worst.

The food taste like any Dunkin but the service was terrible. Cashier was in their on his phone, one of the guys were eating while preparing our food, & no hair net in sight. This is a lax management location.

Absolutely the worst Dunkin in New York City. They will gladly serve you yesterday's coffee and it's absolutely DISGUSTING. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.

Got breakfast, a bagel with cream cheese and egg /cheese with crossiant, both were horrible. The bagel was as hard as a rock, couldn't even chew it and the crossiant was hard as well and very dry, didn't taste well. Ended up throwing them.
