Immediately upon Entering I was greeted with a smile and a welcome . They were very quick What are Service while still being so polite and greeting Other Incoming customers we were all smiling one specific associate his name is Ralph. I had to ask his name because of how great the customer service was I will be coming back and referring more people to go to that specific location. I do hope that Dunkin’ Donuts trains, more employees the way they have trained him.. He truly went above and beyond for me and my children, and the other customers in the store

Paint and Pour was one of the best experiences me and my friends had together. Its such a good and affordable way to hangout and spend time with friends and the service was exquisite. Ashanti our instructor was very informative and we had the best time learning from her. Can’t wait to come back soon!

I am less likely to come here again . I came to do a pickup and a bunch of teenagers in there acting crazy to get their order, and then a worker is recording a video of the teenagers, not paying attention to anyone else who should not be in that video. Like, if you want to report them, call authorities but don’t create a video including people who have nothing told do with the situation! Absolutely terrible.

Just purchased an extremely stale bagel here. Was too hard to chew.
My experience here on May 7 around 1 PM has left me absolutely incredulous. This has to be the worst run location in New York. Right in front of me a group of kids getting off of school were trying to order, and the person on shift was stonewalling them every chance. Additionally, I saw one of the kids grab a water, reconsider, then put it back, and the cashier accused them of stealing. When everyone else in the store said they didn’t steal it, including me, the cashier still kicked them out! He treated these kids with utmost rudeness and hostility, and while I hate to say it, I do believe it was racially motivated. The kids all had money and were treating the cashier with respect, and received a total lack of it in response. Absolutely appalling.

I would go to this dunkin donuts just about everyday. Today the manager was nasty because I couldn't get my money out fast enough he told me to hurry up. I will not use this location anymore!

Do not go here, the people working behind the counter, including the manager will talk discriminatorily and derogatorily in front of you in their native language, Bengali. I’m a Bengali American. On Sunday morning, 9/29/24 at approximately 9:30am I visited this store to pick up my mobile order.
The reason I mention the date and time is to clarify that the place was absolutely empty this Sunday morning. I submitted my pick up order via the mobile app. Upon arriving I watch the manager “Anika” absentmindedly talk about how she’s unhappy at work and talking about her social life. Sure, I get it, no problem.
I stood there with my associate waiting. It was only after asking then if this was the right location, confirming they had the mobile order, and the name on it. Well, it’s likely that Anika took exception to having to fulfill our order and do her job.
While we are quietly and patiently waiting there, mind you we are both cleanly and casually dressed, Anika and all the other workers decide to openly have a conversation about us in Bengali throughout the entire store. They used various insulting terms and commented on our dynamic in Bengali for no reason.
Here’s the good part. We were astonished someone would so openly rudely speak about us. We asked Anika if she’s Bengali she said yes. We alerted her that we are as well and heard her insults about us. Did she respond or apologize? No! She asked us what was our country of origin…
When asked to repeat what she said she claimed up and tried to hide. All the other employees who were actively part of the conversation were also silent and wide eyed. It’s clear that they regularly do this, have conversations in Bengali assuming no one understands them.
These people will smile in your face and discuss insults about your friends and you at the same time.
Anika and her employees may have walked into a discrimination lawsuit.
In the meantime, stay away from these rude and insulting people. As I stated when I started…I’m a Bengali American. Born and raised in NY and my parents instilled a respect for all people and cultures.
I serve my community, it’s a shame that my “people” can’t do the same.
The city is full of Dunkin’s, I suggest you stay the heck away from this one.

I was delivered six pink frosted donuts Plus, the latte I ordered was missing from the order. Grubhub should remove your personal from their platform. Your service is poor and unacceptable!
