They stole from me on Thankingiving day. I purchased 3 croissants and a cappuccino for my girlfriend. They asked me to enter my code 2 times. the next day, I was charged 2 times $14.54. I came back one week later and I show them my bank statement and my receipt. They asked my phone number. They never call me back. I never get a refund. The owner owns multiple DD. So disrestpectful. DD, never again. I can post a screenshot of my bank statement and a copy of my receipt if you want proofs.

Was wondering why I haven’t came here in a long time and now I know why horrible service the food to forever to get made. The guy was walking back and forth doing absolutely nothing just talking to the lady. When ordering the lady asked how may I help u so I started to order and out of no where the guy starts talking to her in middle of my order. Had to tell her agin for my order made my coffee but waited on the guy to get off his phone and until he looked up at the screen for order. Like understand if it was busy but I was the only one there at 6:30am so it shouldn’t take long but it did. DUNKIN DONUTS needs to hirer people who know exactly why they’re there to work not chitchat.

this guy was yelling at everyone, like very loudly and when we came to get our order he made a comment at my sister in his language (bangla) which we understood. the audacity is insane? im so upset and disappointed in dunkin. we’re just hiring anybody? no customer service at all. i hope this rude man gets fired!

Do not go to this Dunkin. I just tried to order two coffees to go. The woman incessantly kept asking me to order a food item and I tell her no I’m OK thanks so much about 3 times. As I’m trying to pay, and scanning my app and there was this confusion of whether I scanned it or not, and suddenly she’s added an almond croissant to my order and my card has already gone through. So now I’m paying five dollars more for an almond croissant??! I said I didn’t order that! And she goes what?! I said you just put an almond croissant on my order, please remove it I want a refund! And she is so confused, and eventually just gives me four dollars in cash, even though I just wanted a refund on my card. It was the most bizarre thing, but the place is incompetent and rude and just trying to take your money.
