Do not go to this Dunkin. I just tried to order two coffees to go. The woman incessantly kept asking me to order a food item and I tell her no I’m OK thanks so much about 3 times. As I’m trying to pay, and scanning my app and there was this confusion of whether I scanned it or not, and suddenly she’s added an almond croissant to my order and my card has already gone through. So now I’m paying five dollars more for an almond croissant??! I said I didn’t order that! And she goes what?! I said you just put an almond croissant on my order, please remove it I want a refund! And she is so confused, and eventually just gives me four dollars in cash, even though I just wanted a refund on my card. It was the most bizarre thing, but the place is incompetent and rude and just trying to take your money.

These people don't know what they're doing here. I ordered the seasonal potion macchiato and they didn't even know it existed at first even though I pointed to the ad on the tv screen above them. When I got my order it was just a regular macchiato with no special flavors. On top of that, they also gave the customer before me a regular coffee instead of a decaf that he asked for. Don't recommend going to this dunkin location.

Do not come here if you want your food handled with care. I witnessed a woman drop a lid on the floor and put it back on the stack of lids. She then proceeded to try and use that SAME lid on my drink. When I called her out she got an attitude with me and tried to rush me out without giving me my food! Keep in mind, I was a mobile order! DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR FOOD/DRINKS TO BE SERVED WITH A SIDE OF GERMS AND BACTERIA.
They’re always out of the most basic items. And they straight up lied in my face about having certain stuff when it’s right in my face. They talk behind your back. There’s one nice lady that kept me coming back back a few time but my last visit a different staff member was very rude to me. I don’t see myself coming back here. Literally find a different DD or coffee shop.
The east Asian middle-aged woman who works here is completely corrupt. We’ve tried giving her the benefit of the doubt in the past, but today she was over the top. She charged my husband for more donuts that he purchased, and then said that there was no way she could reverse the charge. She constantly tries to pressure customers into buying more than they want. Truly disgusting behavior on her part. Never coming back to this location again.

Terribly understaffed, took at least 10 minutes to get a single donut. Most of the time it’d be a better idea to go to a different Dunkin’ than wait ages for the cashier to put in your order then forget to finalize the charge, forcing you to wait another minute for them to correct themselves.

The store is not welcoming and does not smell good. The donuts are stored in bulk so it is impossible to know what they are. The waiter shows a lot of ill will and makes no effort to understand me (I'm French but capable of ordering donuts in English...) Donuts are often old and dry...
Asked for mocha got something watery that looks like tea?!

ordered egg and sausage croissant with hash browns. The croissant may have been overcooked because edges were really hard and the hash browns were DEFINITELY overcooked. I dont know why the lady put all the burnt crumbs in the hash brown bag...it was alot in there... Not a good breakfast for me...especially as hungry as I was.

Every experience at this Dunkin has been a hassle. This afternoon the rep at the counter (short stout Asian Indian(?) woman) was rude, did not want to give me my receipt, and the order tasted watered down. Would recommend other coffee shops nearby.
