DONT GO HERE!! Told the woman my order was incorrect and i needed to return and do the order over. The guy at the counter was willing to help and she deliberately put her hand on his arm to stop him. Then told him “thats your problem, not ours”. We have to stop pouring money into businesses of people that cant even give us common courtesy and respect. Never coming here again and i will sugggest others dont as well

First and last time going to this Dunkin. I was really craving a bagel with cream cheese and an iced coffee…yeah bad decision. Bagel tasted so burnt, couldn’t even finish it and the iced coffee tasted so bitter…even though it was a caramel iced coffee. Do not recommend.

This Dunkin by Gun Hill and Bartow Ave., Bronx, NY. The problem with these Dunkin Donuts the person who was serving the food opened a box with her gloves on then ready to handle the food with the same gloves, I screamed out u cannot do that so she changed her gloves. The Dunkin at Corner Street and Boston Rd, Bronx, NY the guy who was handling the food kept pulling up his pants 👖 😳 with the said gloves then touch the food. I screamed out you r not doing my food today, touching the food then yr pants then the food when you should have put a belt in yr pants. Very unhygienic. These people need to be retrained. That is why I am going in now than drive thru.

I was born and raised in Harlem. Growing up I watched Harlem grow. I have watched Dunkin Donuts year after year and they are not an equal employer because they only hire people from a particular culture. However I have continued to support the local stores. Not only for myself but my children as well. But I have to say that the service in Harlem has been a bad experience time after time. This store refused to sell my son a sandwich on the bread of his choice and the young lady laughed at the cashier as they didn’t put the customer first and I just hope that they start performing a formal training for their employees so that they learn that the customer is always right and they will have some type of work ethic and not be so ghetto .

This is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. I ordered a specific drink and then the employees try to argue with me to say I ordered something that I didn’t when the employee was not trained correctly.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I made an Uber order waited a whole hour, and the delivery guy arrived, and Dunkin Donuts stated they never received the order when it clearly stated on my Uber app it was received! This isn't the first time they have messed up on orders even in person when I go they have attitude. Yelling isn't going to make it better. I don't recommend this Dunkin' Donuts at all!! They are very unprofessional! I will report this to Dunkins corporate!

I come here almost every week. Nice folks. Mornings around 9 AM are extremely busy, and after school on weekdays around 3:30 - 4 PM are busy with children getting ice cream and donuts.
