Wow I can’t believe this. I’ve been eating chicken wings my whole life and this is the first time I got chicken wings with feathers and when I requested a refund he toldme it’s normal. I never even got my money back and now I have to talk to my credit card company regarding some feathers.There’s really not much to say about this situation I never even wanted to take it this far but why not just be nice and give the customers money back if I never ate the food and once I dropped the food off why did they have to hide it??Then I get threatened that he’s call the cops on me and to leave the restaurant when I didn’t even get my money back. ??♂️?♂️.Thanks New East Garden ??

I was very pleased with their chicken and broccoli combination platter. Lots of tasty chicken slices in a spicy brown sauce with fresh broccoli and one of the best, non oily egg rolls I've had in awhile. In fact, they wrapped my egg roll in a napkin inside the wrapper. Nice touch! The only weak spot was the pork fried rice which was a little on the bland side, although I liked the large-ish pieces of pork. Overall I enjoyed my first takeout meal and will definitely be back for more. Note that this is ONLY takeout. There are only a few stools while you wait.

The food is good but sadly because of inflation the prices have become much higher. Chefs quickly make food and the only complaint is how small the restaurant itself is, but that cannot be helped.

The food is good but it’s forever to get a delivery,,;!.with all the charges stop definitely not worth I will be going to Asian 83 from now on!!My food finally arrived.. let me just say I will never order from them again I ordered pepper steak with onions all I got were peppers!! And I requested extra duck sauce and soy sauce!! Are you kidding me I got 2!!! This place is nasty probably infected with rars

This has become our go-to Chinese takeout place during the last year and it hits the spot every time! They’re fast, consistent, and the staff are some of the nicest people. Never have had any issues with our orders and it’s a lot of food for the price.

Been coming to this Chinese food restaurant for 19 years. They have the best tasting Chinese food in the city. I tried a lot of fast food in my life but new east garden keeps me coming back for more.. God bless!

great job chefs! the chicken and broccoli is my go to. second option would be the fried chicken leg with fried rice... the restaurant is very inviting because of the clear front view.

Got food here and spent $20 just for all of it to go to the trash. Everything was so greasy. I was super excited to try Chinese food here because some friends of mine recommended it to me but never again.
