We had the window seat on a beautiful day. The food was so fresh. I loved the chorizo tacos and my wife loved the pastor. The verde sauce was not spicy, but it made up for it with a nice tang. We can't wait to eat here again.

quick service! got enchiladas de mole to-go
big portions! (2 servings in one order of enchiladas)
rice and mole sauce not flavorful. the chicken flavor overpowers and it is not seasoned😭
ive ordered enchiladas de mole many times and unfortunately this is the worst I’ve had, so I specifically would not recommend *THIS* dish.

Solid al pastor and chorizo options in UES. Would try the burritos and happy hour next. Vibes seem cool and service was nice.

terrible place the staff is super rude
I absolutely love El Tepeyac Taqueria. Itβs a wonderful local family-owned restaurant, and the food is always fantastic β so unique, fresh, and different from anywhere else in the neighborhood. They were also kind enough to donate food to PS198 annual Social, which meant so much to our community.
Everything Iβve tried has been delicious, but I especially love their guacamole. The service is always warm and welcoming, and you can really feel the care they put into both the food and the customers.
Please go support this amazing local business and try everything on the menu

Love, love, love this place! The tacos were honestly some of the best Iβve ever had. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. Sammy was fantastic! very attentive, friendly, and made sure we had a great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this spot and will definitely be coming back!

A really good little Mexican spot with a good menu that also has some Peruvian specials. They have drink specials through the week, and also breakfast burritos which have been featured on many lists. I was there for the chorizo breakfast burritos which- the tortilla was great, soft and fresh. The chorizo was good, and there was a healthy amount of egg and potato. It didnβt blow me away but I really enjoyed it and as a value pick, for $13.50 itβs a really good deal. I also got the pork tamal, which was even better and even better of a deal. Services were fast, the spot is very friendly and cheerful.

Stopped by for breakfast on the way to the hospital. Was really craving tamales - the pollo verde hit the spot, so did the panela jalapeno. The bean one was ok. Service was good.

Perfectly fine and unremarkable burrito. Needed more meat.
