Great tasting food, excellent service, and warm ambiance. The brass was great, simply addictive. The oysters were fresh, flavorful, and tiny, also expensive. All the cooked food was good, but nothing kept me wanting more. I had high expectations for the brisket, but it was slightly dry. The service was very friendly, and always ready to help.
When I first entered, I thought the menu seemed a little bit lacking, but then realized that it is because they put such pride into the quality of the food they serve. The Dover soul I had was exceptional, every bite was special, and the wine it was paired with was perfect. Jeremy, the general manager, attentive to all of the customers, while his staff perform their jobs admirably.
