Ate at the Emmy Squared in Birmingham, AL at the Summit and it was AMAZING! We got the margherita pizza and it was fantastic. A new favorite & cannot wait to go again!
I had a good skinny margarita. I just wanted a piece of pizza but the whole pizzas seemed daunting so I got a blue cheese burger for $27. When it arrived I was aghast but I told myself to have no expectations coming here so I just said Thank you. It was a big brown plate and smothered with diabetes causing waffle fries, which I had about four out of 40. There pizza, I mean, what can I say, a big pile of dough to eat, wow. I’ve never seen so much dough in my life….except when I look down at my stomach. There toppings, (I’m vegan so…at least I thought was when I came here) the toppings….well, on to the next thing. The sauce….i brought a microscope so I could see it.
