Don't do it. The worst pizza I've ever had in NYC. Plus, they don't have heat. I could see my breath inside the restaurant (and I use that term very loosely).
The staff was nice enough but that didn't make up for the lack of quality.
I loved the food it was excellent. But service is terrible. Sadly the lady was very rude and we will not be coming back.
PIZZA CAFE offers delicious pizza slices and chicken Caesar salad, making it a nice, affordable casual dining spot. Customers appreciate the welcoming staff who make them feel at home. The place is clean, and while some visitors mention the food can be cold, others praise the taste of the pizza, particularly the cheese pizza with its crunchy thin crust and plentiful cheese.
The cafe has a small upstairs loft seating area and features a display of many pizzas that can be seen from outside, which attracts customers. However, some have noted that the service can be average, with staff appearing tired and not always providing clear answers about the menu prices. Although the pricing may seem slightly high for the area, visitors find the food enjoyable.
PIZZA CAFE also offers options like strombolis and salads, but vegetarian choices may be limited. Overall, it is seen as a good stop for those craving NY style pizza, with many promising to return for more.
