New Golden Empire is a busy, family-run operation offering takeaway only from a walk-up window. The food is yummy and cooked with love, with some calling it within their top 10% of Chinese food experiences. Specific praise highlights the best boneless spare ribs, hot n sour soup, and garlic eggplant, described as so flavorful and tasteful. The service is up to par, fast, and the staff work hard. While some find nothing spectacular, the flavor is ok, timing is great, and it is conveniently located with good hours.
