Disappointing experience before a concert at MSG.
We knew it would be busy before a Ghost show, and we were patient, but things went off the rails. Our meal ticket was lost twice, and we had to repeatedly flag down our server just to check on our food. One entrée was unavailable, another came out wrong, and I had to repeat my order three times.
