I usually love going to Pret but recently every time I go in there has been an issue one of my favorite items in the store. Two visits in a row there were hard stems in the turmeric chicken soup. The third time there were hardly any ingredients in the container. One another visit my harvest cookie had wax paper still attached to the bottom of it and yet another time my cookie didn’t even make it into the bag. Watched an employee with bleached hair and a snake tattoo on his hand drop two sandwiches on the floor and then pick them up and put them on the shelf for someone to buy🤢

The Pret location is praised for its customer service and lovely attitude of the staff, who are spectacularly kind, competent, quick yet attentive. Members enjoy their latte each morning, while a boss looks forward to her chai. Food has been noted as sloppily made and lacking flavor, and the lavender with strawberry matcha does not work well together. Despite many Pret shops nearby, this one is chosen for evening drinks by a favorite barista. It makes work days a little more enjoyable.
