The Pret location is praised for its customer service and lovely attitude of the staff, who are spectacularly kind, competent, quick yet attentive. Members enjoy their latte each morning, while a boss looks forward to her chai. Food has been noted as sloppily made and lacking flavor, and the lavender with strawberry matcha does not work well together. Despite many Pret shops nearby, this one is chosen for evening drinks by a favorite barista. It makes work days a little more enjoyable.
