I am so disappointed. we were enjoying our 2 nights stay until we pick up our car from valet service.
our car was definility used by somone during this 2 nights. we had a car sits in a back of our car which were definility moved out of the car and someone put them back ...but they didn't do that correct. why someone would take the children car seats????
all our seats were in different positions then we left. not only the driver one.

We had a wonderful family stay at the Omni Berkshire over Easter this year. Lovely clean rooms and a great location for all the sights. The highlight for us was the amazing staff- they were always smiling and so welcoming. Our children still talk about how wonderful Mary & Joey from the concierge were and how much they’d like to go back and see them.
