This has to be one of the slowest fast food restaurants in Manhattan. When I order from DoorDash they NEVER get the food to the delivery person. They usually have them wait there for 20 mins, then give away the order to someone else, have to remake it, etc. One time they chose to just not remake it at all.

Critically understaffed and the food quality shows for it. The staff is clearly stressed out and make the customers feel uncomfortable. Bad experience.

The burger itself was decent, but the overall experience was very disappointing. The girl taking orders was extremely unfriendly, which made me feel uncomfortable asking questions about the menu, so I just picked something quickly.
After placing my order, I was given the wrong burger. When I pointed it out and proved it, one of the guys immediately offered to prepare a new one, which I appreciated. However, the girl tried to simply take the wrong burger and throw some bacon on it instead of fixing it properly.
When the new burger was finally ready, she whispered my number so quietly that I could barely hear it, and as soon as I walked up, she walked away, leaving another staff member to hand me the burger.
I honestly don’t understand why she had such an attitude, as nothing unusual happened during my visit.

I'm shocked that anyone would give this restaurant bad feedback. Their kitchen delivers consistently fresh, tasty results. Order various dishes and enjoy the variety. Each team person displays exceptional ability. I plan on returning to this restaurant.

Ordered through their app for pick up and the food wasn’t ready when it says it is. When I got there it was empty and had to wait 10 additional minutes to get my food. Staff seem to be friendly but slow. Food was decent. I always do like they give extra fries in the bag.
