They got my girlfriend’s burger order completely wrong even though we ordered to pick up. Fries were soft and limp. Way overpriced. I’m sad because five guys used to be such a special place 10 years ago. Now they just make bland burgers that cost $15 each. You could get a better burger at McDonalds for 1/10th the price. Makes you think. Also I hate how they wrap their burgers in tin foil to go. The result is just an incredibly soggy bun , it’s super unpleasant.
I got permission to fill up a bag full of peanuts since I made a purchase but another employee told me I couldn’t which was weird. Why?

Tiny place but staff were awesome and food was ready quick despite being packed. Also, it’s the only place we could find that actually had a bathroom my 9 year old could use.
